Owned and operated by Ben and Carolin, B & C Farms & Butcher Shop has proudly served the community since 2010. Known for their commitment to quality and local sourcing, they offer a wide selection of fresh meats, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and tallow-based products.

All beef sold in the shop is raised right on their farm — pasture-raised, grain-finished, and completely hormone-free. Other meats are sourced from trusted local farms to ensure peak freshness while supporting the surrounding agricultural community.

In addition to retail sales, B & C Farms offers custom processing services for beef, pork, lamb, goat, and deer.

Ben and Carolin are continually working to improve and expand their offerings, and they are deeply grateful for the support they've received over the years. Your trust means the world to them.

At B & C Farms, we take pride in offering on-site meat hanging and cutting to ensure optimal freshness and quality from start to finish. Working closely with a trusted local abattoir, we provide full processing services for beef, pork, lamb, and goat—including smoking for pork products.

Our beef is hung for 10 to 12 days to enhance flavor and tenderness before being expertly cut and packaged. As a small, family-run butcher shop, we’re committed to offering custom cuts and personalized service tailored to your specific needs.
