B & C Farms

 Ben and Carolin own and operate B & C Farms & Butcher Shop, where quality and community come first. Their shop offers a variety of meats including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and tallow-based products.

The beef sold in their store is raised right on the farm — pasture-raised, grain-finished, and hormone-free — while all other meats are sourced locally to ensure freshness and support neighboring farms.

In addition to retail sales, B & C Farms provides custom processing services for beef, pork, lamb, goat, and deer.

Since opening in 2010, B & C Farms has continued to grow, always working to improve their products and services. Ben and Carolin thank you for your continued support — it means the world to them.

 The processing facility at B & C Farms allows them to hang and cut meat on-site, ensuring freshness and quality every step of the way. With the support of a trusted local abattoir, they’re able to offer full services for beef, pork, lamb, and goat — including smoking for pork products.

Beef is hung for 10 to 12 days before being expertly cut and packaged. As a small butcher shop, B & C Farms is proud to provide custom cuts and personalized service to meet each customer’s needs.
